Interform Marine and Precision Navigation® sign exclusive arrangement
Interform Marine, a specialist in marine mounting solutions, is pleased to announce that it has signed a deal with Precision Navigation to be the exclusive third party distributor for the MarinePod product range in UK and Ireland.
Based in Essex, Precision Navigation is a leading supplier of marine electronics and on-board technical equipment and is known for its custom approach to supply and install to leisure sailors, off-shore cruising and blue water sailing.
Interform Marine’s MarinePod products provide simple, robust and quality solutions for protecting essential electronic equipment – wherever it is needed. For example, chart plotters and radar equipment are best used at the helm but in many cases, actually mounting them in the cockpit can be a challenge. However, MarinePod’s unique range of marine housings help to overcome this for both power and sail boat users, including those who prefer small to medium widescreen plotters.
Phil Turnham, Technical Director at Interform Marine says, “Both Precision Navigation and Interform Marine share a desire to provide only the best marine technology to guarantee excellent on-board experiences. This is why we are a perfect match together.
As a result, MarinePod customers in the UK and Ireland will now benefit from Precision Navigation’s market knowledge and extensive outreach. At the same time, this arrangement allows MarinePod to continue its rapid course of becoming a recognisable brand within the marine industry.”
Interform Marine provides an extensive range of electronic mountings for both power and sail boats.
Suitable for any type of installation, Interform Marine offers off-the-shelf products, which can be delivered the next working day, as well as a bespoke custom design service, which caters for those wishing for something truly unique.
